Liquid Wins Three Omni Awards

Lehigh Valley-based interactive marketing company Liquid Interactive earned three awards in the 2008 Omni Intermedia Awards competition.

Liquid was honored with a Silver Award for the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission web site in the Government category. The primary objective of the web site redesign project was to re-align the web site presence with offline marketing materials and solidify the brand identity for Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission. Liquid's role in this project included the design of a new homepage featuring Flash animation, branded subpage templates and development of the web site in the Contentivity™ content management system.

The Just Born Marshmallow PEEPSŪ Spring update received a Bronze Award in the Product category. The goals for the Spring update were to create a user-friendly interactive Flash web site that combines Easter and Spring themes to target customers with various religious beliefs and promote the new seasonal PEEPSŪ products. This project included the design of the Flash web site and development of PEEPSŪ News and featured PEEPSŪ Recipes and Crafts.

Liquid received a Bronze Award for the Teva USA web site in the Medical category. The objectives of the web site redesign were to create a fresh new look and feel, increase the resolution of the site and enhance product search capabilities. The design aspect of this project included new creative based on the Teva brand identity as well as development of homepage and subpage templates to expand the resolution to meet industry standards. Liquid also developed an enhanced search engine within the Contentivity™ content management system and initiated a search engine marketing campaign to increase traffic to the Teva web site.

Earlier this year, Liquid also won two Horizon Interactive awards, two Summit Creative Awards and was named one of "BtoB's Top Agencies of 2008" by BtoB Magazine in its exclusive Top Agencies Special Report.

The Omni Awards were created to reward outstanding media productions that engage, empower and enlighten. With an Omni Award comes the distinction of being chosen by professionals as an example of excellence. It allows others to recognize the company's level of success and professionalism. Entries come in from all over the country and winners are chosen from over 30 categories through a rigorous judging process.

The professionals on the Omni Awards judging panel independently judge all entries based on a strict set of criteria for each specific media type. The criteria include programming, graphics, functionality, media presentation/quality, creativity and impact. After the entries are judged, the judges scores are averaged together to attain the final score. The elite entrants are given Gold, Silver, or Bronze awards, while the others receive none.
