Analytics Team Lead

As the Analytics Team Lead at Liquid, you will have the opportunity to both oversee and execute web, marketing, and user data analytics projects for our diverse set of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Analytics activities and deliverables to ensure client service and client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in internal and client processes and workflows related to the Analytics discipline
  • Support business and solution development, including but not limited to initial prospective client discussions, estimating project hours, and drafting proposal language
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team and directly with clients to build comprehensive weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports
  • Conduct A/B tests across various digital channels to improve on-site engagement and lead generation
  • Identify and execute opportunities to leverage user analytics tools to gain insight from heatmaps, recordings, and surveys
  • Develop measurement plans and implement using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools
  • Develop or evolve dashboards and other forms of campaign analysis to report on digital marketing efforts
  • Follow and stay on top of industry best practices and developments
  • Support Liquid thought leadership initiatives


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics/Statistics, Marketing, or other related study
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Aptitude for interpreting data into meaningful and actionable insights
  • Strong knowledge of Google product suite, including familiarity with Google Analytics 4 property
  • Experience using data aggregation and visualization tools such as Google Data Studio
  • Experience with user analytics tools such as Hotjar or Crazy Egg
  • Familiarity with measurement and reporting methodologies for Digital Marketing channels and campaigns, including SEO, Paid Search, Display, Email, and Social Media
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
