Integrated Marketing, Senior Strategist

As a Senior Strategist, Integrated Marketing, you will develop and oversee integrated digital marketing campaigns for local and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initial discovery meetings to conceptualize, develop and provide digital marketing solutions according to client goals and challenges
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team and directly with clients to build comprehensive digital marketing campaign strategies
  • Create new Google and Bing Ads campaigns by collaborating with copywriters, graphic designers, and developers; developing detailed targeting plans; setting budget forecasts; establishing KPIs and conversion targets; and more
  • Simultaneously manage multiple, ongoing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns by optimizing and A/B testing campaign, ad group, ad, ad placement, ad spend, and ad targeting
  • Develop, setup, and manage lead nurture programs through tactics like retargeting and email drip campaigns
  • Create, report, and present to clients on campaign advertising results and changes on a weekly and monthly basis to yield new strategic recommendations
  • Support and mentor Digital Marketing team members in campaign strategies surrounding SEO, SEM, Display, Analytics, Social Media and Email Marketing
  • Run campaign stand-ups with cross disciplinary teams focused on campaign performance, campaign optimizations and iterations, new campaign ideas, channel and tactic alignment, and more
  • Serve as lead and point of contact for Digital Marketing-centric clients in support of client education and strategy
  • Stay relevant with industry trends and experiment with new techniques and technologies to increase the effectiveness of campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications or similar background
  • 5+ years proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Google Analytics certified
  • Google Ads certified
  • Experience with ad platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
  • Demonstrated understanding of inbound, outbound, account based and other marketing techniques
  • Proven ability to analyze program results and create meaningful recommendations for immediate action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
