Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Liquid, your core objectives are to plan, staff and oversee each project at Liquid to ensure that it meets client and internal expectations regarding timeline, deliverables, budget and project profitability. All matters of contention are to be quickly addressed and escalated to appropriate management for resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project stakeholders and manage projects
  • Achieve all project goals within given constraints
  • Establish project structure, financials, dependencies, communication rules and timelines
  • Initiate and run both internal and client meetings throughout the project
  • Identify potential scope changes and manage the scope change process
  • Ensure that time logging and project data is accurate for all projects
  • Escalate all unresolvable issues and problems along with recommended solutions to the appropriate management.
  • Retain all project profits allowed by the client.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years Project Management experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong computer skills inclusive of the MS office suite and common Project Management software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to convey ideas both inside and outside of the organization
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse, cross-functional team
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team members to their best performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while working in an environment of tight deadline
