GapInternational.com Awarded "Best in Class" Status by the Interactive Media Awards
We are pleased to announce that our work on Gap International's website redesign has been recognized by the Interactive Media Awards with a Best in Class award in the Professional Services category. The Best in Class award is the highest honor bestowed by the Interactive Media Awards. It represents the very best in planning, execution and overall professionalism. GapInternational.com went through a comprehensive judging process and achieved high marks in each of the judging criteria. Only a fraction of sites in the IMA competition earn a Best in Class award each year.
The five criteria each website is scored on are design, content, feature functionality, usability and standards compliance & cross-brower compatibility. A score of 0-100 is awarded for each criterion, with a maximum total score of up to 500 points. Websites receiving an overall score between 480 and 500 receive the Best in Class award. The individual scores for the Gap International website are listed below.

- Feature Functionality: 100 (a perfect score!)
- Usability: 93
- Standards Compliance & Cross-Browser Compatibility: 94
The website not only met, but surpassed the basic standards of excellence that comprise the web’s most professional work.
