What makes for a work environment in which you’re not dreading coming to work? No matter what your job responsibilities may entail, pretty much everyone has the same basic needs to feel happy in their work environment – physical comfort (food, water, warmth), feeling safe and secure, a sense of belonging, recognition for accomplishments, and the ability to reach your full potential.
And what kind of work environment would be enough to make someone want to work there not just once, but twice? Well, seeing as this is in fact the second time I’ve worked at Liquid Interactive – I’m uniquely qualified to answer exactly why the ‘Second Time’s a Charm.’
For me? What inspired me to come back to Liquid and what keeps me wanting to come to work every day is, without a question, the people.
And I’m not just talking about the people I work with physically here at the office – but also the clients I work with; some of which I’m lucky enough to be working with again in my second go around as a project manager.
In my more than 10 years of experience, I’ve never worked in a more welcoming and nurturing environment. The people here don’t just care about you professionally, they care about you personally. Liquid is a family. These people are willing to go the extra mile for a co-worker and a client any day at any time. It’s the foundation and a key trait of Liquid.
We have each other’s backs and we are always looking out for the best interest of our people, our clients and the brands we work with. That’s not just talk – I see it in practice here at Liquid every single day.
Working with such smart, dedicated and well-rounded people is what drives me to do my very best and produce outstanding results for my clients. That motivation is reflected in the work I do day in and day out.
Does Liquid sound like a team you want in your corner? Let’s talk.
