You saw that right!

We’re beyond excited to announce that Liquid’s teamed up with Kutztown University’s College of Business to offer the first annual Liquid Interactive Digital Marketing Award.

Liquid has had a relationship with Kutztown University for years, from the super talented Kutztown alum I’m lucky to work with each day to the internship opportunities several of our departments offer to Kutztown students.

This scholarship is just one of many additional areas for collaboration: As a digital marketing agency, we recognize not only how many career opportunities – and resources – there are in and around digital marketing, but also just how many of those there are in the Lehigh Valley! Our intent behind this Award is to illustrate just that for Kutztown’s College of Business students, especially as Kutztown’s College of Business continues to strengthen and grow their digital marketing offerings.

There are quite a few details – and quite a lot of excitement at Liquid – around the Award. But lucky for you, I’ve laid out everything you need to know below. 


So what’s this Award all about?

Well first and foremost, the Award recipient will receive a one-time, $1,000 award to support their education. Fellow Liquid-ers and I will present the Award recipient with the award in front of family, friends, and mentors at a special awards ceremony. Ohh! Ahh!

Should I get all salesy on you?

Why not?

“And that’s not all!”

The Award recipient will also be invited to partake in a two-day, hands-on externship at Liquid Interactive. This involves shadowing myself and other members of the digital marketing department to see all of that stuff students are reading about and discussing in class come to life! We’ll talk about day-to-day responsibilities, trends in the industry, and new tactics and tech – like live streaming, drone videography, content marketing, and more.

And how about some participation in meetings and brainstorms going on throughout the office for a slew of clients and projects? Let’s add some of that in too.


Little old “why” always seems to get saved for last. But the “why” here is so important, I’m making him my #2!

It’s as simple as this: it doesn’t matter how good your product or service – or story, for that matter – is if nobody knows you exist. It’s why marketing for brands of all shapes and sizes is so important. And in today’s world, it’s digital marketing that’s going to help you get your product, service, and story in front of an audience – and the right audience at that!

We want to support young professionals who’ve recognized just this, and as a result, are pursuing a career in the field. Plus, I can’t forget to reiterate our love for the Valley.

So, we’ve teamed up with the largest College of Business in the region to do just that!


Calling all Business Administration students in Kutztown University’s College of Business! As far as eligibility goes – it’s you!

Other requirements are as follows:

  1. Students must have completed 60 credits of coursework by the application’s deadline
  2. Students should be in pursuit of a career in digital marketing

All I’ll say for now is that the Award recipient will be chosen based on their level of creativity as well as their eagerness to begin a career in this field as seen through their application. (But that’s all you get out of me.)
