The site was just awarded Best in Class status by the Interactive Media Awards Q1 competition in the Banking category. The site received our highest score to date, with a perfect score in 4 out of 5 categories for a total of 495 out of a possible 500 points. The judges shared glowing feedback, saying “Simply beautiful design. One of the most appealing and user-friendly banking sites I've ever reviewed” and “Everything about this site radiates elegance, grace, quality and professionalism. A world class website in all respects.”

The real success for the redesign is seen through the site’s post-launch achievements. Since the launch, we’ve seen an increase in new users from search, improvement in overall bounce rate and significant increase in mobile engagement. A major contributor to the success of this project was National Penn entrusting every aspect of the redesign to our team and enabling us to take the redesign through our full suite of services. The value they placed on the project allowed us to dive all the way to the bottom, starting with and in-depth research and assessment stage, competitive evaluation, and digital and content strategies before beginning design or writing a single line of code. The understanding gained from this extensive process and the strategy we created informed every decision we made during the copywriting, design and build stages.
