Lehigh Valley Business announced their 2015 Forty Under 40 honorees Monday, including Liquid Executive Vice President Doug Mancini among the honorees. Doug and the other young executives were selected for their commitment to business growth, professional excellence and the community. Nominees were reviewed by an independent panel of judges and were given scores based on their achievements.

Formed in 2006, the vision for Liquid was to be a fresh, best in class interactive technology and marketing company. Doug was the leader for the naming and branding of Liquid. Nine years later, Liquid has grown an average of 30% each year.  Liquid now employs 42 full-time team members plus more than 20 part-time employees, interns and contractors. Doug is the Executive Vice President of Liquid, overseeing company-wide operations and leading the Sales and Marketing teams.

Liquid’s vision was to be a company that is exceptional in all aspects of creativity and technology. Doug has been seeing that vision through ever since. The Lehigh Valley is Doug’s home as well as Liquid’s. Liquid could exist anywhere – Philadelphia, Harrisburg, New York… – but one of Doug’s goals for the company is to bring job creation to the Lehigh Valley. Establishing the headquarters here hasn’t limited the company in any way; in fact, Liquid serves clients globally.
