At Liquid, we’re proud of where we work and it shows. I’m happy to announce that Liquid was named a 2016 Top Workplace in the Lehigh Valley, ranking number 7 in the small companies category. Though it’s administered by WorkplaceDynamics, a research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace improvement, it’s ultimately awarded by us – the employees. Results are based solely on an employee feedback survey designed to measure aspects of workplace culture including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.

Our people are, hands down, our most valuable asset. I’m proud to work with creative thinkers, designers, marketers, technologists and customer experience teams of the highest quality our industry and region have to offer. We have an “employee first” focus, and have found that it not only benefits our team, but is the best way to serve our clients’ long term needs. As a team, we’re passionate about the work we do, and that passion translates to producing great work for our clients. Happy employees + happy clients = a thriving business.

So what makes Liquid such a great place to work? Let me give you my two cents.

In my opinion, it all boils down to the fact that management truly values people. We matter, not just as a whole, but as individuals. Everyone at Liquid has a voice and is encouraged to use it. It doesn’t matter if you’re celebrating your 10-year work anniversary or your 10th day; the unique perspectives and expertise each employee brings to the table are respected. Liquid is a place you can have an impact and grow right along with the organization. There’s a big focus on career development, with opportunities to find just the right fit for the particular skills you bring to the table. My career at Liquid started in 2009 with a summer internship before my final year of college. After working part-time through my Senior year, I was offered a full-time position after graduation that took advantage of the unique talents I could bring to the organization. As Liquid grew, I was able to explore new opportunities within the organization and advance to the position I’m in now, 7 years later, as Marketing & PR Manager.

Something I appreciate more now than I did all those years ago is the competitive salary and benefits package. My morning drive into work takes just 15 minutes, and that includes daycare drop-off.
