In what would appear to be the mere blink of an eye, the first quarter of the year is coming to an end – and what a great quarter it has been at Liquid.
Like fine wine and great craft beer, wonderful things keep flowing from Liquid HQ in Allentown. And, like those same fine wines and craft beers, additional “fans” bring explosive growth. Here is just a sampling of what’s been flowin’ at Liquid thus far in 2016.
The Launch Pad –
With more than 20% growth in revenue and nearly twenty (yes, 20!) additional team members joining us last year, Liquid was able to wrap up and launch more than ten (10) projects from 2015 this quarter. Among these projects were major global website developments, a Kickstarter campaign with an e-commerce website development, national digital marketing campaigns surrounding major sporting events, multiple Lehigh Valley small and medium sized business websites and custom applications.
Needless to say, the launch pad is smoking hot as our project management team closes out this work. We are prepped and ready for the next round of successful work to lift off. Is your project on the list? It can be!
The Liquid “Flow Chart” –
With explosive growth comes a review of process and procedure focused on ensuring that we maintain the highest standards for client services. As part of my role in client engagement, we took the opportunity to drill down into our own flow chart in order to improve, enhance, and in some cases create critical moments in the client journey here at Liquid. While we are very focused on our “flow” as it pertains to a great internal culture (one which recently earned us #7 on the list of Top Workplaces in the Lehigh Valley – thanks Liquid family!), we understand that having a great “flow” at Liquid is most critical to having Raving Fans who will allow us to grow with them.
