Responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of clients, increasing revenue from assigned clients, and be the primary liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.


  • Increase profitable revenue from assigned client through frequent interaction and planning with client and internal teams
  • Identify, track and manage client budgets
  • Strengthen our relationship with the clients by becoming their go-to resource and be a visible and influential presence among their senior management
  • Research accounts, understand client’s short and long-term needs and forecast business opportunities
  • Display a firm understanding of the client team’s structure and hierarchy
  • Know all there is to know about the client’s product or service, the market and its consumer – and understanding the marketing objectives in terms of sales, market-share and competitor products
  • Develop expert knowledge of Liquid’s service offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, develop and provide solutions according to client goals and challenges
  • Manage client and agency team expectations and help clear roadblocks to success
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, internally and externally


  • Must have a working knowledge and understanding of digital/interactive marketing
  • Excellent communication skills including written communications, speaking and presentation development and delivery
