As a Social Media Specialist, you will develop strategies, as well as manage and analyze all activities within social media and email marketing programs for local and national clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop social media strategies for a variety of channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
  • Manage on-going social media strategies and campaign concepts as well as social media advertising based on client goals and audience
  • Research and copywrite for various social media channels, email platforms and landing pages based on campaign scope and goals
  • Build creative campaign concepts such as contests and giveaways that span multiple tactics including social media and email marketing
  • Identify opportunities for content and campaigns via social listening
  • Create and present detailed reports using campaign data from social media channels and email marketing platforms, as well as Google Analytics to produce new strategic recommendations
  • Assist Digital Marketing team in other campaign strategies surrounding SEO, PPC, Display and Analytics

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar background
  • Certified in Google Analytics
  • Experience using tools for social media analysis including Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Analytics and YouTube Analytics
  • Experience in social media channels’ ad platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Experience using various email marketing platforms including MailChimp and Campaign Monitor
  • Familiarity with social listening and relevant platforms
  • Excellent writer and communicator
  • Strong attention to detail
