We’re proud to announce that Tonya Seymour, Business Analyst at Liquid, has been recognized by Scrum Alliance Inc. as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®).
Holding a CSM® certification demonstrates knowledge and ability to support Scrum, a framework utilizing an agile mindset for developing, delivering, and sustaining complex products in software development.
CSM® certification is a prerequisite for Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM℠) and the first step in the journey to become a Certified Scrum Professional® ScrumMaster (CSP®-SM).
To qualify, Tonya participated in an educational offering or coaching session for more than 14-25 hours led by a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), or Certified Team Coach (CTC) covering established learning objectives as well as demonstrated knowledge of being a ScrumMaster by passing a certification exam.
Tonya is on track to obtain the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM℠) Certification by end of May 2021.
